- Open the task and select the Access Groups tab.
- Create a group: select the agent, interface, and access type (IPoE, PPPoE, or 802.1X).
- On the Sessions tab, specify the session count, start/stop rate, start delay, and max outstanding.
- Configure VLAN/Q-in-Q (outer/inner, step, and TPID) and, if required, the Access Line parameters (Circuit ID, Remote ID, and rate).
- For IPoE, enable DHCP/DHCPv6 or SLAAC. For PPPoE, configure discovery, PPP authentication (PAP/CHAP), and IPCP/IP6CP.
- If required, add L2TP LNS, LACP LAG, an STP instance, OpenFlow, or gPTP on the corresponding tabs.
- Save the task. When the task starts, access sessions are established before the Data Plane load begins (agent readiness/measurement-ready model).
