VPWS

VPWS provides a point-to-point L2VPN service between two PEs. Unlike VPLS, it defines a dedicated L2 connection to one specific remote PE and remote VE ID.

VPWS is suitable for testing dedicated L2 links, inter-site Ethernet services, and correct BGP/LDP signaling for a point-to-point connection.
