L2 Convergence Measurement (server)

The server receives measurement UDP flows used to determine the outage period. The server does not have Targets, Payload, or PPS settings. Network tunnels are not used by this plugin.

1. Receiver — same as for the HTTP server plugin.
2. IP header (L3) — same as for the HTTP server plugin.
3. Duration — same as for the HTTP server plugin.
