External Monitoring Integrations

Peresvet ST integrates with widely used monitoring systems, allowing you to incorporate the platform into an existing observability infrastructure and track test progress in real time.

SNMP

Install an SNMP agent on the Peresvet ST agent host by following the official Net-SNMP installation guide. External network management systems (NMSs) can then poll the agent state, including its current load, task status, and component availability.

Syslog

Configure Syslog in the Peresvet ST agent operating system using its system-logging tools, such as rsyslog or syslog-ng, and follow the documentation for your distribution. Once forwarding to an external Syslog server is configured, agent events and diagnostic messages are collected centrally for analysis and auditing.

Prometheus

Prometheus can be installed on any operating system that hosts a Peresvet ST agent by following the official installation guide. Prometheus then collects agent and traffic-engine metrics that can be used in alerts and dashboards.

Grafana

Peresvet ST includes a set of ready-to-use Grafana dashboards integrated into the controller web interface under Metrics. You can customize these dashboards or create new ones by using the existing dashboard queries as examples for SQL queries against ClickHouse.

Zabbix

Install a Zabbix agent on the Peresvet ST agent host by following the official installation guide. The Zabbix agent then reports system state to the Zabbix server, providing monitoring within the organization's infrastructure.
